ALFISO 陶瓷纖維澆包是用于鋁行業鑄造機器人，用來代替笨重的鑄鐵澆包。陶瓷纖維澆包具有重量輕、隔熱性能好、熱容低的特點，不需要預熱即可直接使用。傳統的鑄鐵澆包很容易被腐蝕，而耐火纖維澆包不會出現這種情況。溫度的損失不超過5℃。通常，澆包表面刷有涂料，以適用各種合金的鑄造。
陶瓷纖維澆包如果有損壞，可以使用我們的纖維可塑料APO50/100進行修補。精心使用、及時維修可以延長 澆包的使用壽命。
ALFISO produce ceramic fiber pouring cups for foundry robots, to replace the heavy cast-iron cups. The pouring cups are of light weight, provide excellent thermal insulation and low thermal mass properties, can be used without preheating. It's non-wetting preventing sticking of a casting skin. The corrosion, which can be mainly observed with metal cups, does not occur with ceramic fiber cups. The loss of temperature is only approx. 5℃. As standard, before delivery a coating is applied to all casting cups, which is also suitable for very saline alloys.
Ceramic fiber pouring cups are available to be repaired with our mastic APO50/100, the better you take care of them, the longer they last.
